How the contest works?

During the voting period, 8/21-9/4, you can vote for your favorite pet(s) by paying $1 per vote. 

1. YOU MUST FIRST PAY FOR YOUR VOTES.  After you purchase your votes, you will be able to select which pets your wants to put your votes towards.
2. Find the pet(s) you want to vote for, check the circle, and HIT SAVE (on each page.)

The top 12 pets with the highest votes will get a professional photo taken that will print on a calendar month. Also, at the beginning of each month, the calendar for that month will print in the Bismarck Tribune with YOUR pet on it. On this monthly calendar page, we will also feature pets currently up for adoption.

Calendars will be available for purchase at the Bismarck Tribune and the Central Dakota Humane Society starting September 27 for $10. Proceeds from the calendar sales will go to the Central Dakota Humane Society.
